Employees can book for themselves, others, or groups, earn loyalty points, change or cancel eligible bookings, and use mobile access. Navan also provides duty-of-care tools, virtual-card payments, and integrations with calendars, Slack, Outlook, Gmail, and accounting systems.
Travel is free for companies with up to 300 employees on the Free plan. Enterprise pricing is custom, and Navan Expense costs $15 per user per month after the first five monthly expensing users.
