Google is hiring a technical lead manager for TPU DRAM, developing and validating high-performance memory subsystems for upcoming machine-learning products. The role leads a team of RTL design and verification engineers, coordinates with physical design, packaging, software and silicon validation groups, and works with DRAM manufacturers and third-party IP providers. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or computer science, 15 years in semiconductor design or verification, six years of people management, and DRAM subsystem experience; HBM work is preferred. Pay is $240,000–$333,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.
