Apple's Information Systems and Technology group is hiring a software engineer for AI & Data Platforms, its internal unit for AI work. The team combines data, application development and machine learning, including generative AI, with data services, and builds frameworks that help other Apple teams adopt and embed generative AI more easily. The posting describes building enterprise systems that operate at very large scale, alongside roughly 2.5 billion active devices and high-volume transactions. It gives no detail on required languages, frameworks, years of experience, pay or visa support.
