Nscale is hiring a Senior Director of Commissioning and Startup to take its power generation assets — reciprocating engine fleets, fuel cells, battery storage, switchgear and substations — from mechanical completion to commercial operation. The role sets turnover and energization strategy, approves test plans, runs pre-startup safety reviews, and directs EPC and OEM teams. It reports to the SVP, Technology (Power), engages during pre-construction design, and is expected to build the function and its standards. Houston-based; remote US candidates considered, with up to 50% travel.
