Anthropic is hiring a senior compliance program manager to build and run its political law compliance program within the Integrity & Compliance function. The work covers political contribution preclearance, corporate PAC operations, a political giving log, pay-to-play screening against public-sector business, gifts and ethics review for public officials, and possibly lobbying registration. The person manages outside political law counsel and also acts as product owner for AI-assisted intake, screening and case-management workflows. The posting wants hands-on program-building experience with federal campaign finance and gift rules; 7+ years preferred.
