Anthropic is hiring a Head of Business Technology Engineering to lead an engineering organization with two tracks: Platforms, which runs the shared systems employees depend on, and Forward Deployed, which embeds engineers in Legal, Security, Communications, Product Operations and Support to rebuild their work around Claude. The role reports to the Head of Business Technology and IT inside the Security organization, owns roadmap and hiring, and represents Anthropic's internal model use to enterprise customers.
