Amazon's EU Learning organisation is hiring a Learning and AI Process Improvement Specialist in Luxembourg, on-site. The job mixes learning design with operational improvement: building AI-literacy programs, mapping workflows, defining KPIs, and applying Lean or Six Sigma methods, while acting as an internal expert on practical AI tools and automation. It asks for a bachelor's degree, experience with program requirements, data and metrics, learning design or instructional design, project management, and influencing senior stakeholders; AWS and process-improvement experience are preferred.
