AWS is hiring a partner lead for its EMEA Partner Specialist team, based in Madrid. The role owns the partner strategy for AWS's database, analytics and data services, which the posting frames as the foundation of the AI stack. Work includes recruiting and enabling data partners, driving the AWS Data Competency, scaling a database-migration pipeline, and building C-level relationships, with success measured in enabled practitioners, launched partner solutions and customer references. The posting asks for 15+ years in sales, consulting, partner management or business development in databases and analytics.
