Regional, country and opportunity go-to-market leads own their customers and captures; this role owns the integrated view across regions and the shared dependencies — U.S. Government approvals, foreign disclosure and export sequencing, engineering and product capacity, aircraft and test availability, indirect investment, partner and industrial strategy. It is pre-award enablement and integration, explicitly not the primary customer interface, and excludes post-award program execution, though projections may be developed.
