ElevenLabs is hiring a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market in India for its voice and audio AI products, running it as a 0→1 effort alongside an experienced sales leader. The person hires and leads a team of forward deployed engineers, meets strategic customers, designs bespoke integrations, builds demos, and presents results to technical and C-suite audiences. Requirements include C-suite and VP stakeholder experience, technical team leadership, basic Python and API integration skills, and commercial awareness. Partner ecosystem development is a nice-to-have. Remote-first within India, with a stated preference for Bangalore.
