The Dublin WordPress Meetup Group hosts a session on WordPress’s new AI features: the Abilities API, AI Client, Connectors and MCP. The talk explains how these components let WordPress interact with AI models and agents, with practical examples of what developers can build. It is open to people new to WordPress and to experienced practitioners. After the talk there is time for questions and general discussion, and attendees will give feedback on topics for future sessions. Attendees can also meet individuals from CommerceGurus and Google’s Site Kit plugin.
