A three-hour Saturday session in Porto for people already building with AI tools. It opens with coffee and introductions, then a round-the-room discussion of current projects, followed by one attendee demonstrating their work on screen and the group digging into it. The remainder is shaped by what those present are stuck on: broken builds, half-working ideas, blockers. Attendees can request a presenting slot or describe a problem when booking, so the agenda is set by the room. The organisers describe it as neither a course nor a curriculum, and note that some participants will know more than the person presenting.
