Le Wagon Barcelona and codebar run a free, hands-on programming workshop in which experienced developers coach attendees on their own projects. The session covers two strands: programming fundamentals and practical, responsible ways of working with AI coding tools. People can come with a stalled personal project or with questions about what a move into tech looks like now. Codebar is a non-profit group of students and coaches that runs regular free coding meetups for women, LGBTQ+ people and other groups underrepresented in tech, aiming to make learning to code collaborative and accessible.
