Barcelona Code School runs a hands-on evening workshop, on campus or live online, in which participants build two AI agents that negotiate: a buyer pushing for a lower price, a seller defending its floor. They trade structured offers until a deal, a round limit or a rule stops them, and a human approves the result. The method — role, goal, context, constraints, output, handoff, stop, approval — can be reused on other workflows. Participants bring a laptop with Claude Code or Codex installed; places are limited because each person gets build support.
