The AI Collective's Atlanta chapter takes part in Hack for Humanity, a global initiative running in fall 2026 that follows the group's earlier Humans in AI Week conversations about local problems. Teams work on community-specific problem statements aimed at benefiting humanity, with a schedule built around networking, a problem briefing, roughly two and a half hours of hacking, and demos with judging. All kinds of builders are welcome. Participants must be 18 or over, though parents of children aged 4 to 17 and young adults are encouraged to take part. Space is limited and attendance is subject to acceptance.
