Chill & Skill runs a hands-on online workshop on the harness around Claude Code: the project instructions, checks, permission rules and automations that shape coding-agent behaviour. Participants work through a starter enterprise codebase, adding one layer at a time, then apply the steps to their own repository. Topics include CLAUDE.md and project rules, fast test feedback loops, allow/ask/deny lists, hooks, and skills or subagents. The group is capped at 10 for individual setup review. It is for developers and technical leads who have used Claude Code or another coding tool.
