Participants compare simple forecasting baselines with zero-shot time-series foundation models including Chronos-2, TimesFM 2.5, t0-gamma and Kumo Forecast on a small public dataset, using backtesting and evaluation metrics to see whether a foundation model outperforms a sensible baseline. The session is FLINTA*-only, with medium to advanced Python expected; food and drinks are provided.
