LFDT Paris hosts an online kickoff for a new LFDT AI Working Group, which will set its scope together with the people doing the work. Three questions frame the session: how AI is used while building LFDT projects — disclosure, provenance, licensing, DCO sign-off; whether review bots, automated triage and onboarding assistants really grow contributor communities; and how the group connects to the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation and the x402 Foundation. Organisers want an initial scope, a cadence and volunteers for first work streams.
