The AWS Barcelona User Group runs a hands-on workshop in which participants build AI agents on AWS, following a chapter-based fantasy storyline called “Once Upon Agentic AI.” Two guides lead the session: Miguel Ángel Muñoz Sánchez, a cloud architect at Logicalis Spain, and Robert Garcia Ventura, a principal data architect at Keepler Data Tech. The workshop uses Amazon Bedrock, with setup instructions covering AWS Builder Center, Python 3.10+, git and uv. It is aimed at developers, architects and data engineers, and ends with networking at the Institut TIC de Barcelona.
