A hands-on workshop held before the main Zürich AI Meetup, at the same venue. Mike Koźmiński, who founded the group, leads a session on agents whose dashboards report success while their traces show repeated searches, work bouncing between subagents and wrong results. Participants instrument an agent with OpenTelemetry, write repeatable checks with DeepEval, and place a proxy between the agent and the model to inspect, block or rewrite calls without retraining. Attendees bring laptops and work on the agent live. Registration is by approval on Luma.
