Eventi Wibo hosts a workshop in Rome during Roma Future Week on how artificial intelligence changes human resources work. The afternoon combines company cases, discussion and interaction. Alessandro Busso, Luca Sartoni and Giovanni Gibiino examine Wibo's Work Intelligence Platform, four levers for automating, protecting, developing or redesigning activities, and a listening-and-recognition protocol. Luca Sartoni then shows how an AI agent can support a manager in preparing a recognition conversation. It is aimed at HR directors, people leaders and organisational development professionals; participation is free with limited places.
