The 57th meeting of a recurring online study group run by Study Machine Learning. The first half is for people starting out or continuing toward machine learning engineering work, reviewing fundamentals and building from there; no question is treated as too basic. The second half walks through Karpathy's microgpt model. Attendees can also present their own ML and AI projects. Past sessions covered running Llama 2 locally with Ollama, cloud runs on Colab, RAG systems, fine-tuning, LM Studio and vLLM, agents, and writing an LLM from scratch.
