Competitors work with Codex or any AI tools they prefer, and organisers score both the submitted result and the process behind it to gauge human and AI skills. Tracks cover engineers, product managers, analysts and ops people, and all professional backgrounds are accepted. An anonymous leaderboard updates live during the competition, with identities revealed at an afternoon unveiling; top performers receive interview opportunities and a share of $5,000 in prizes.
