Mohan Nair, author of Unreachable: How Not to Lose Your Mind in an AI-Obsessed Era, gives a fireside chat, followed by audience breakouts shaped by community questions. The second half covers wellbeing, mindfulness and resilience, with experiential exercises, so participation is expected.
