Asanuma, an executive advisor at GovTech Tokyo and a former Digital Agency figure, gives the input talk; Brandon K. Hill of btrax joins online with overseas examples, and Mari Nishimura of HEART CATCH moderates. A roundtable with attendees follows, then networking. Capacity is around 20 to 30 people and admission is free.
