Hosted by Hidetaka Okamoto, a Claude Community Ambassador, it opens with two short talks: one on what to delegate to AI and what to keep, drawing on running conference fee invoicing and payment tracking with Claude; another on keeping AI from becoming a buzzword, based on RPA experience and Claude use on kiro.
