It opens with a demo of the Fable 5.1 model, then short talks from Navneet Kumar on AI-ready codebases and Anikesh Kumar on designing and building with Claude. Attendees pick a track — Delight, Breakthrough or Everyday — and build solo or in teams of two to four. The day closes with two-minute demos and an optional judged round. Each attendee gets $100 in Anthropic API credits; registration is approval-based and spots are limited.
