Sunday Assembly Seattle, a secular community group, devotes its monthly assembly to artificial intelligence. The gathering opens with time to mingle, includes group singing and a reading, then moves to a speaker on the month's theme and a facilitated discussion in which attendees share their own experiences with AI tools. The framing is deliberately broad: claims that AI will improve work and creativity sit alongside claims about job losses, water consumption and existential risk, and the session asks what is real and what people can do. It is aimed at a general audience rather than specialists.
