Engineering leaders from Mexican teams describe taking Claude into production: Claude Code in the development workflow, agents connected to internal systems through MCP, evals and observability, permissions and compliance, and cost against quality — including what demos leave out. A tutor-guided hands-on block with Claude Code and MCP follows, then questions and networking.
