LangChain Events and Data Reply host an evening hackathon on building with agent harnesses — the scaffolding that turns a model into a system able to plan, use tools and recover from its own mistakes. Steffen Hausmann, a deployed engineer at LangChain, opens with two short talks on deep agents and managed deep agents. Participants then form small groups, build a deep agent from scratch and demo it to judges, among them LangChain ambassador Zamal Babar and a Data Reply engineer. All attendees receive LangSmith credits, with prizes for the top three teams.
