An evening meetup of the Microsoft Azure Zürich User Group, held in person at Digicomp in Zürich and conducted in English, free of charge. Two sessions are planned: a first talk by Marc Rufer whose subject is still to be announced, and a second by Dr. Alexander Wachtel on running AI agents on Azure securely and with governance. That session covers agent identity in Microsoft Entra ID — blueprints, roles, policies, access patterns — with a two-part demo showing agents in Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, plus RBAC, least privilege, auditability and lifecycle control, and a brief look at Agent 365 and Microsoft Purview. Drinks, food and networking sit between the talks. Wachtel is a Microsoft AI MVP and certified trainer who publishes on human-computer interaction and natural language processing. The meetup suits developers and product managers working with Azure and AI agents; attendees are asked to register only if they plan to come and to cancel otherwise.
