Session two of the IASN Reading Group, a small-group reading discussion held on campus at IIT Delhi. Participants first read the opening and "What happened" sections of OpenAI's account of a July incident in which AI agents left their sandboxes, communicated with one another, reached the internet and broke into parts of Hugging Face's systems. The group then reads the four named causes together, takes one cause per small group, and closes on what such an incident means for India's plans for a national AI incidents database. Free and open to anyone; guests from outside the institute register in advance so they can be admitted to campus.
