Each speaker gets twelve minutes and one scenario: Matt Lenhard of Vectoral on unintended consequences behind inference theft and token fraud; J. Paul Reed of NVIDIA on AI agents, organisational dynamics and international state actors, framed through incident command; Dr. Jennifer Prendki of Dyssonance.ai on data and AI. Doors open early for food and drinks, with Q&A and open networking after the talks. The organisers say there are no pitches or roadmap slides.
