Organised by The Friendly Data Meetup London and hosted by Quantspark, this evening hackathon asks teams to test whether an AI customer-support agent is ready for production. Participants write realistic customer questions, build automatic pass/fail checks and an AI judge, then improve the bot and present before-and-after scorecards. Optional bonus rounds cover tracing, red-teaming and model comparisons. It is aimed at people already comfortable writing code and working with git, Docker and Python; teams of two to four can form in advance or on the night.
