In this Dublin session she goes through what she typically finds, what it costs to fix, and the early decisions that keep an AI-built prototype on a path to production, covering customer data and keeping a product running once it is live. A Q&A follows with Karen and a non-technical founder. The evening is hosted by The AI Collective's Dublin chapter and Baseline, as a follow-on to Pilots & Prototypes, though attendance at that event is not required. After the talk there is build time, then demos. Attendees are asked to bring a laptop and their prototype; questions about their own builds are taken in a clinic.
