Seapoint runs a hackathon for building agents that automate financial operations. Participants work solo or in teams of up to three in a Seapoint sandbox with seeded transaction data, choosing a task such as month-end close, a board pack or a payment run. Seapoint launches its MCP, giving agents query access to records covering balances, invoices, vendors, cards, treasury and runway. It is for founders, finance and operations leads, and technical staff at early-stage companies. Teams submit demos at code freeze; top five present live and three receive prizes.
