Two talks look at AI adoption inside engineering teams, under the theme “Agentic Teams, Human Organisations.” One reports what a five-person team learned from a fully agentic development setup: better workflows and code quality, debugging problems, and why 10× productivity is not yet real. The other argues that AI does not fix weak organisations—it exposes unclear leadership, broken processes and change-resistant cultures. A group of engineering and technology leaders, from tech lead to CTO, meets for exchange, food and drinks. Attendance is free but a ticket is required.
