The Edmonton Data Society hosts an evening presentation by Connor Guy, a senior consultant in KPMG's Digital Government Solutions practice, on vibe coding: software written from plain-language descriptions by AI coding agents. He explains how coding agents work, from the plan, act and verify loop to the context, tools and guardrails around the model, compares Claude Code and Replit, and describes letting one orchestrate the other through the Model Context Protocol. Two public-sector builds anchor the talk: a vibe-coded AI intake prototype and a production three-agent privacy-review platform.
