Codex Community Events runs a one-day hackathon in Hanoi for teams of three to four or solo builders. Participants start from a real user problem in public services and civic life, everyday accessibility, work and education, or an open topic, then build a working mobile prototype during the day. The challenge requires AI to be essential to the user outcome, not added as a final chatbot, and meaningful use of Codex. Teams submit a demo and present it for evaluation; lunch is provided.
