A one-day hackathon at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where teams build AI agents that answer real genomic and biological questions. Organised by ClawBio, which provides open-source infrastructure and versioned skills so an agent's methods stay inspectable and reproducible, it asks participants to show their evidence and state what the agent cannot claim. Teams of four or five form on the day around published challenge briefs or a participant's own question. The day runs from introductions and a ClawBio primer through two build sprints, a testing and documentation block, and team demos with room voting. Slack channels handle setup, team formation and help before and after the event. Organisers are Manuel Corpas and Mohammad Tanhaemami. Only public or synthetic data may be used.
