A two-day overnight hackathon in Chiang Mai on building with Claude, with a civic brief. Cosmo Local and Chiang Mai Municipality supply the problem and prepared data, open the event to explain it, and sit on the judging panel. Teams of four or five form before the day; solo applicants are placed, and non-technical applicants with domain knowledge are explicitly wanted. No pre-work is allowed, so all teams start level. Solutions are open-sourced on GitHub and handed to the partners; the strongest teams are connected with them afterwards.
