Week 4 of a seven-week AI engineering program run by Build & Learn: AI with Coffee. Participants work through connecting AI to data with RAG: chunking documents, creating embeddings, using pgvector, building an ingestion pipeline, implementing similarity and hybrid search, and evaluating retrieval quality. The series builds an end-to-end AI application, with finished projects presented at Demo Day in Week 7. Attendees can follow the shared project or apply concepts to their own; basic programming experience recommended and laptops required.
