Participants configure each stage themselves: a trigger on incoming invoice emails, data extraction, purchase order lookups, branching on vendor-name matches, and routing to AI agents that investigate discrepancies or research unknown vendors. A human review step handles judgment calls, and the flow drafts and sends a reply. Testing uses sample cases: matching vendor, mismatched vendor, valid alias and invalid vendor.
