A two-hour online bootcamp from the Toronto AI Meetup, led by Chandan Kumar of BeCloudReady. Participants build a text-to-SQL agent on Databricks: schema-aware prompts, a SELECT-only SQL validator, execution, and results returned with explanations. They clone and configure the open-source db-agent repo, working in their own Databricks workspace or the instructor's. It is for data engineers, analysts and AI platform engineers who write Python and SQL, and for technical leads assessing text-to-SQL. Seats are capped; it runs live on Microsoft Teams and a recording is sent to attendees.
