A one-day hackathon hosted by Modal with Anthropic and Flagship Pioneering. Participants use Modal and Claude Science to build computational biology tools and workflows in the cloud, automating heavy workloads with agents. Challenge areas include protein function, drug discovery, microscopy and phenotyping, and biological knowledge graphs. Attendees form teams or bring their own, build with support from the organizing teams, and demo their work. The day closes with a reception. It is for Greater Boston engineers in computational biology and academics in the field. Modal and Claude credits are provided.
