A short framing talk covers AI for observability and observability for AI, then attendees choose between two hands-on sessions: instrumenting an AgentCore agent with OpenTelemetry's GenAI semantic conventions, or connecting a model to live telemetry so it can help work a real incident. The group compares the two approaches at the end. Laptops are needed; food, drinks, accounts and networking are provided.
