The Zagreb chapter of The AI Collective runs its third experiential workshop, hosted at Bugatti Rimac's campus. A guided tour of the host's site opens the evening, followed by small-team work on two anonymised business cases, one successful AI transformation and one that failed. Teams identify what decided each outcome, defend their conclusions, then learn which companies stood behind the cases and the figures involved. The room assembles a shared do's-and-don'ts list, closing with Q&A and networking. Places are limited and applications are screened.
