An online session from the AI That Works group on where AI agents fit in business. It opens with why agents are useful and how they help, then walks through real-world use cases and business solutions. A design section covers what to consider when setting up a process. The meeting closes with participants' own ideas and a take-home task: pick a routine process and suggest how to automate it, or ask the organisers for suggestions. Offline requests go through a linked Google form.
