Andrea Caglio of Memoria walks through a real case of running an AI project on a Lenovo workstation, from data preparation to inference, covering hardware requirements, professional GPUs and local generative AI processing. Michele Matera of Intré then demonstrates Jamf AI Governance on macOS: detecting Shadow AI, setting tool-specific policies, controlling file, command, network and MCP access, and collecting audit evidence.
