The AI Implementation Club runs a three-hour paid masterclass on moving from one-off chatbot prompts to agentic workflows. Brad Freels leads a 90-minute guided lab in which attendees build with Hermes Agent, an open-source personal AI system that can connect to cloud providers or a local model through Ollama. The build moves from context setup to persistent memory and reusable skills, then scheduled tasks, messaging workflows and specialized agents. Attendees must install and configure Hermes Agent before arriving; laptops are required and lunch is provided.
